Commencement for Accelerated Online Degrees
Midyear
Accelerated Online Degree students will attend the Midyear Undergraduate Commencement scheduled for 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2024, in Bauman Auditorium on our Newberg campus. Doors open to guests one hour prior to the start of the ceremony. We anticipate the ceremony will last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes.
Livestream
The ceremony will be available to watch via livestream.
Tickets
Tickets will be required for all guests. Eight (8) commencement tickets will be distributed to each graduate when they pick up their cap and gown. Students are encouraged to ask their peers for extra tickets, if needed, and then to .
Regalia
Regalia is ordered for all graduates based on the sizing information provided on their application for graduation. A regalia pick-up celebration is scheduled from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6, in Newberg. Treats will be provided, and this is a great opportunity to meet up with your cohort!

Graduation Banquet
Graduates are invited to attend the Accelerated Online Degrees Graduation Banquet at 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13, in Canyon Commons on our Newberg campus. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate together!
The meal is free for graduates. Tickets can be purchased for up to four guests. The cost for the meal is $25 for each adult, and children 10 and under are $10. Invitations with an RSVP link will be emailed to graduates. RSVPs are required for this event by Nov. 15.

Graduation Photographs
We are pleased to announce that we have hired The Grad Team to be our commencement photographers. Students do not need to preorder or request photos before the ceremony.
During the ceremony, professional photographers will take multiple photos of every student and then notify graduates through their 皇家华人 Fox email when photos are ready for online viewing. Please

Guests with Disabilities
Accessible seating is available for guests with disabilities and a companion to assist them during the ceremony. This seating area is designated for individuals using wheelchairs and any guests with mobility issues.

Interpreting & Assisted Hearing Services

Bookstore & Dining Options
On Saturday, Dec. 16, the university's bookstore, the Bruin Store, will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Bridge Cafe in Canyon Commons will be open from 9 a.m. to noon, and the dining hall in Canyon Commons will be serving brunch from 9 a.m. to noon as well.

To order graduation announcements or college rings, or call Jostens at 1-800-854-7464. Announcements take two to three weeks for delivery once they are ordered.
Video Download
The midyear commencement ceremony will be recorded by 皇家华人 Fox University Media Production Services. A digital download will be available for purchase for $6.24 by completing this . Digital download links will be sent one to two weeks after commencement.
Spring Commencement
皇家华人 Fox University will host a spring commencement ceremony for all undergraduates on Saturday, May 3, 2025, in Stoffer Family Stadium on the Newberg campus.
Tickets will be required for all guests. The number of tickets each student receives will be determined once we have an accurate number of graduates participating in the event (within the first month of spring semester).
